Senator Jeff Danielson and his clerk, Elyse Beenken, toured the C-SPAN Campaign 2008 Bus at the Statehouse on Monday. The 45-foot bus features a production studio and is dedicated to following the action throughout the competitive 2008 presidential election season. The bus stopped in Des Moines earlier this week, where it aired a live broadcast of its Sunday-evening program "Road to the White House." Over the next two years the bus will tour the nation, visiting capitols, schools, political events and battleground states.
